By visiting and using this website you are agree to comply with and be bound by our terms and conditions. Together with our Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use govern Your Wedding Bomboniere’s relationship with you in regard to this website.

The term Your Wedding Bomboniere, "us", "our" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" or "your" refers to the user or viewer of this website.

You agree to be bound by the following terms in the use of this website.

Copyright Policy

This website and its content is either copyright of Your Wedding Bomboniere, or we have the authority to reproduce the content that is the copyright of third parties. You are prohibited to reproduce or redistribute any part of our website, including source code, without prior written approval or without acknowledging this website as the source of the material with a link back to our website.

Payment

Payment for the goods can be made via our website using the Bendigo Payment Gateway or Paypal. You can also pay over the phone by credit card. All credit card details are destroyed once the payment has gone through. We do not hold your credit card details on file. Alternatively, you can pay by Direct Debit. The goods will not be posted until the payment has cleared. Please use your invoice number and/or surname as the reference when paying by Direct Debit and let us know when you've made this payment to hurry things along.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time prior to an order being placed. Our prices include GST of 10%. If you are an international shopper, we will set up a custom order for you without GST and most likely with additional shipping expenses. Please contact us for a quote if you do not reside in Australia.

Delivery of Goods

Our delivery fees are based on order value:

Order value up to $200 = $19.50 for delivery
Order value up to $400 = $24.50 for delivery
Order value more than $400 = $29.50 for delivery

Delivery times:

7 to 14 days for standard delivery.
14 to 21 days for delivery of personalised items.

Please take note of the following:

Delivery of the goods takes place when you take possession of the goods at your nominated address. All risk for the goods passes to you on delivery.

If you are unable to take delivery of the goods and they are returned to us, then we will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.

If you request that the goods are left at an unattended location and unsigned for, then the goods will be left at your own risk.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by the courier company to deliver the goods promptly or at all, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, assist in liaising with the courier company to bring any claim to a close

We do deliver internationally. Before you place an order please contact us so we can let you know the delivery cost. Any customs duty or fees associated with shipping the goods to your country are 100% your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to make sure that the goods being ordered are acceptable to enter your country.

Availability of Stock

Sometimes items that are listed on our website as available may not be in stock. If we're not holding the stock but our supplier has the items available, most of the time it is possible for the goods to be shipped and delivered within 21 days if you live in Australia. If we do not hold the goods in stock we reserve the right to place your order with our supplier and have them send the goods directly to you.

Also, sometimes the goods listed as available on our website may not be available through our supplier. We aim to keep all information on our website up to date but in the event an item you have ordered is not available through our supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible to either offer a refund or a credit to purchase other goods to the same value within 6 months.

Returns Policy

We will accept most returned goods within 7 days of the date of receipt. In exchange for the returned goods we can offer you a 6 month store credit or an immediate exchange of goods. You will be liable for all associated delivery fees (unless we've made a mistake on your order). We will only accept goods that are unopened and in their original packaging (except for the outside box). We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

If you have purchased the goods on sale, we can not offer an exchange or credit. Nor can we accept goods that have been returned after your wedding date or items that have been personalised.

If the goods are damaged in transit then please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt. Your Wedding Bomboniere can not be held responsible for any missing or damaged goods. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier company.

Please get in touch with us to arrange a credit note or exchange, do not simply return the goods back to us without this initial contact. Please let us know your name, order details and reason for return.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you may not be able to change it. However, if your order hasn't yet been processed you may be able to cancel it. If you would like to add more items to your order, please place another order. If you place another order within 24 hours of your original order, shipping will not be charged on the 2nd order. Please email or phone us immediately on (07) 3102 1915 if you would like to cancel or change your order.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Your use of the information and materials on this website is at your own risk. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

This website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse these websites and we have no responsibility for the content on the linked websites.

If any provision of these terms and conditions become invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable the validity, existence, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, prejudiced or impaired.

We will be under no liability whatsoever to you for any indirect and/or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by you arising out of a breach by us of these terms and conditions.

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions by us, we will no be liable for any damages that exceed the price of the goods and shipping.

We can make change to these terms and conditions at any time.

Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.

The failure by the us to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision, nor shall it affect our rights to subsequently enforce that provision.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia.
